Evaluación de las concausas psicológicas en víctimas de delitos sexuales en el cantón Cañar 2011-2013

PDFLa presente investigación, titulada “Evaluación de las concausas psicológicas en víctimas de delitos sexuales en el cantón Cañar 2011-2013”, parte de la necesidad de determinar y posteriormente evaluar las concausas psicológicas derivadas de los delitos sexuales sufridos por las víctimas. En tal sentido, se pretende recopilar información real sobre las secuelas psicológicas, lo cual servirá para que las autoridades judiciales encargadas de impartir adecuadamente justicia cuenten con todos los datos suficientes y así puedan establecer la pena justa para casos de violación u otros delitos sexuales. El presente estudio será desarrollado en el cantón Cañar, en la provincia del mismo nombre, tomando como principal referencia todos los casos registrados de delitos sexuales en el sistema judicial del cantón, durante el período comprendido entre enero del 2011 y diciembre del 2013. Al respecto, el universo y la muestra con las que se trabajará serán las mismas, en razón que se pretende encuestar y entrevistar a todas las víctimas de delitos sexuales en el período señalado, pero dejando a discreción de las víctimas (y sus familias) la decisión de participar o no en el estudio. Se emplearán todos los mecanismos e instrumentos que permitan conocer el problema a profundidad y de modo sistematizado, pudiendo hacerse uso de entrevistas, encuestas, test psicológicos, fichas de observación, estudio de campo, datos estadísticos, etc., es decir, de toda la metodología requeridaThis research, entitled "Evaluation of psychological with effect, victims of sexual offenses in the canton Cañar 2011-2013", part of the need to identify and then evaluate the psychological with effect derived from sexual crimes suffered by victims.
